4) The Chief, Emergency Management Ontario is accountable for monitoring, co-ordinating and aiding in the development and implementation of emergency management packages beneath sections 2.1 and 5.1 and for making certain that these applications are co-ordinated in so far as attainable with emergency management applications and emergency plans of the federal government of Canada and its companies. 4) The Solicitor General, Commissioner of Emergency Management and Chief, Emergency Management Ontario and any other prescribed ministers of the Crown presiding over a ministry of the government of Ontario shall function in compliance with the framework. 3) The Chief, Emergency Management Ontario operates beneath the course of the Commissioner of Emergency Management. 2.1) The emergency management program must include an identification of the necessary goods, providers and assets that can be required to reply to the hazards and dangers recognized under subsection (2) and the availability and readiness of those necessary items, services and assets. 2) Every minister of the Crown described in clause (1) (a) and each agency, board, fee or other department of authorities described in clause (1) (b) shall conduct training applications and workouts to make sure the readiness of public servants and different individuals to act underneath their emergency plans. 8) Nothing in this section impacts a person’s right of enchantment below part 39 of the Municipal Freedom of data and Protection of Privacy Act with respect to a record described in this part.

2) In developing an emergency management program, every minister of the Crown and each designated agency, board, fee and different department of government shall determine and frequently monitor and assess the varied hazards and risks to public security that might give rise to emergencies and determine the services and different elements of the infrastructure for which the minister or agency, board, fee or department is responsible which can be susceptible to being affected by emergencies. 2.2) Every minister of the Crown and every designated agency, board, fee and different branch of authorities shall provide information on the hazards and risks recognized beneath subsection (2) and the associated information described in subsection (2.1) to the Chief, Emergency Management Ontario annually and at every other time requested by the Chief.
